Terms & Conditions for Disney Cruise Line Bookings

SPLIT PAYMENT POLICY

A. WEBSITE - TERMS OF USE 

1. A split payment option may be offered for the booking of certain products and services only on www.Pelago.com. The payment schedule of our split payment option will typically include:-

  • an initial deposit which is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation; and
  • final payment of the remaining balance which must be paid by a specified date prior to the commencement of the product or service.

2. By accepting our split payment option, you authorize us or our payment processor to securely save and tokenize your payment details. The final payment may be automatically processed using the payment method provided, on or before the due date.  


3. Full details of the split payment option will be provided on the dedicated booking page of the applicable product or service. The terms of the spit payment option may vary by product and you should review these terms before completing the purchase.


4. Split Payment options are not offered for bookings made on the Pelago App.


5.  By proceeding with booking on Pelago, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the Pelago Terms & Conditions for Disney Cruise Line Bookings and Cruise Contract on behalf of yourself and everyone in your travel party.


B. DISNEY CRUISE LINE PAYMENT TERMS

1. Payment Schedule

Customers booking tickets on the Disney Cruise Line on Pelago.com agree to a split payment plan as follows:

  • 20% Initial Payment: A deposit equal to 20% of the total booking cost is due at the time of booking.
  • 80% Final Payment: The remaining 80% balance is due no later than 100 days prior to the sail date.

2. Credit/Debit Card Authorization and Tokenization:

By providing your credit/debit card details at the time of booking, you authorize Pelago to securely save and tokenize your payment information through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. This allows for automatic and secure processing of the remaining balance and any incidental charges as per the payment schedule or additional services requested.


3. Automatic Payment of Balance:

On the due date for the final payment, the remaining balance will be automatically charged to the credit/debit card on file unless alternate payment arrangements are made in advance.


4. Failed Payment Policy:

If the final payment is not successfully processed:

  • You will be notified promptly via the contact information provided at the time of booking.
  • A grace period of 7 calendar days will be provided to resolve the payment issue, during which you may update your payment information or make an alternate payment.
  • If payment is not successfully resolved within the grace period, Pelago reserves the right to cancel your reservation. In such cases, the deposit amount and any payments made may be forfeited in accordance with Pelago’s cancellation and refund policies.

5. Security and Compliance:

Pelago and Stripe comply with industry-standard security protocols to protect your payment information. Your credit card details are tokenized, ensuring that sensitive information is encrypted and cannot be accessed without authorization.


6. Pelago App and Kris+ App

The Split Payment Option is only offered for bookings made on www.pelago.com. 

Full payment of the booking cost is required to secure bookings made on the Pelago App and Kris+ App. 


C. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY 

1. All bookings for the Disney Line Cruise made on Pelago Platforms and Kris+ App will be subject to the cancellation and refund policy set out below.

2. For cancellation of bookings on Pelago & Kris+, not using KrisFlyer miles redemption:

a. Standard Staterooms (Excluding Suites and Concierge Staterooms):

  • 91 days or more before the sail date: 100% of the price paid is refundable
  • 90 to 46 days before the sail date: 80% of the price paid is refundable
  • 45 to 31 days before the sail date: 50% of the price paid is refundable
  • 30 to 16 days before the sail date: 25% of the price paid is refundable
  • 15 days or less before the sail date: 0% of the price paid is refundable

b. Suites and Concierge Staterooms:

  • 46 days or more before the sail date: no refund of 20% upfront payment. 80% of the price paid is refundable if booking is already paid in full
  • 45 to 31 days before the sail date: 50% of the price paid is refundable
  • 30 to 16 days before the sail date: 25% of the price paid is refundable
  • 15 days or less before the sail date: 0% of the price paid is refundable

3. All cancellations are subject to an additional 5% HANDLING FEE on the amount paid. For illustration, if only partial payment is made (20% initial payment), the 5% handling fee applies only to the paid amount. If full payment is made, the 5% handling fee will apply to the full amount paid.


4. Amendments are permitted, subject to any fare difference and availability.


5. Bookings made with KrisFlyer miles redemption are not refundable.
