1. This promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by Encounters Pte Ltd (“Pelago”) and is valid for bookings made between 24 February 2025 (00:00 Singapore time) and 7 March 2025 (23:59 Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).

2. During this Promotion Period, you can enter these promo code for promotions on your total bookings in Japan, Korea, Japan, China, United States and Canada.

3. The Promotions are subject to product exclusions, which will be updated from time to time at Pelago’s sole discretion. Please find full list of product exclusions here.

4. The Promotions cannot be applied together or with any other existing Pelago promotions, offers or privileges, unless otherwise stated.

5. The Promo codes are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other item in part or in whole.

6. All bookings are subject to Pelago's Terms of Use, and all collection, use and disclosure of personal data submitted for purchases made during this Promotion will be in accordance with Pelago's Privacy Policy.

7. Pelago reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotions, and/or terminate the Promotions, without any prior notice at their sole and absolute discretion.

8. The Pelago Customer must enter their own KrisFlyer membership number upon checkout. The Pelago Customer should ensure that their booking details should correspond with their KrisFlyer membership details for the earned miles to be successfully credited to their KrisFlyer membership account.

9. The Pelago Customer must be a valid KrisFlyer member at the time of booking, and must continue to maintain their membership at the time of completion of the booked experience. Non-KrisFlyer members can visit www.KrisFlyer.com to find out more about membership and how to enrol.

10. Any KrisFlyer miles earned or redeemed will be based on the final amount paid, after eligible discounts from this Promotion have been applied. Other terms and conditions for the use of KrisFlyer miles on Pelago will apply.
