Terms & Conditions for VIVID20 Promo

1. This promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by Encounters Pte Ltd (“Pelago”) and is valid for bookings made between 23 May 2025 (00:00 AEST) and 14 June 2025 (23:59 AEST) (“Promotion Period”), unless sold out prior.

2. During this Promotion Period, you can enter the following promo code during checkout and prior to payment, in order to qualify for a AUD20 off travel experiences within Australia.

3. The promotion only applies to bookings with a minimum spend of AUD200.

4. Discount value is capped at AUD20, or currency equivalent.

- Only valid for use twice per user.
- Only valid for select destinations listed herein: Australia
- All promotions are subject to product exclusions, which will be updated from time to time at Pelago's sole discretion and without prior notice.

5. These Promotions cannot be applied together or with any other existing Pelago promotions, offers or privileges, unless otherwise stated.

6. International transaction fees may apply on select products which will be charged after booking your experience on Pelago. Fees are dependent upon your financial institution terms. Promotions are not applicable to international transaction fees. International transaction fees are not applicable for refunds on any products that allow free cancellation.

7. Any KrisFlyer miles earned or redeemed will be based on the final amount paid, after eligible discounts from this Promotion have been applied. Other terms and conditions for the use of KrisFlyer miles on Pelago will apply.

8. All bookings are subject to Pelago’s Terms of Use, and all collection, use and disclosure of personal data submitted for purchases made during this Promotion will be in accordance with Pelago’s Privacy Policy.

9. Pelago reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions of this Promotion, and/or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

11. The terms and conditions of this Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
