Terms & Conditions for Disney Cruise Bonus Miles

1. This promotion ("Promotion") is organised by Encounters Pte Ltd (“Pelago”), where all customers of Pelago (“Pelago Customer”) may be eligible to earn KrisFlyer Bonus Miles (“Bonus Miles”) when they book a Disney Cruise Line experience on Pelago.com.

2. This Promotion commences on 10 December 2024, 0000hrs (GMT+8) and ends on 31 January 2025, 2359hrs (GMT+8) ("Promotional Period").

3. To participate:-

The Pelago Customer must book a Disney Cruise Line experience on Pelago.com during the Promotional Period.
The Pelago Customer must enter the designated promo code, available on https://pages.pelago.com/disneycruise-bonusmiles at checkout when completing their booking of the Disney Cruise Line experience on Pelago.com.
Pelago Customers who book the Disney Cruise Line experience on or before 31 January 2025 will earn 10,000 KrisFlyer Bonus Miles, capped at a total of 1,000 redemptions

The Bonus Miles will be credited only after the Pelago Customer has successfully completed their booked experience, and any cancelled bookings will be ineligible for the Promotion
Each Pelago Customer is only eligible for 1 reward in this Promotion regardless of the number of Eligible Bookings made during the Promotional Period.
Bonus miles are not awarded on bookings made on the Kris+ app

4. This Promotion is in cumulative to existing KrisFlyer miles earn rate of 3 KrisFlyer miles for every SGD 1 (or equivalent) spent on bookings made and completed through Pelago (“Base Miles”).

5. This Promotion is applicable to all experiences on Pelago, but is NOT stackable with other promotions or promotion codes. Pelago Customers who applies any promotion codes during checkout of Eligible Bookings will not receive the Bonus Miles offered in the Promotion.

6. For the avoidance of doubt, the Bonus Miles it will be credited directly into your KrisFlyer membership account. Pelago shall not be obliged to notify and/or update the Pelago Customer on their eligibility after the booking has been made, before the Bonus Miles are credited.

7. The Pelago Customer must enter their own KrisFlyer membership number upon checkout. The Pelago Customer should ensure that their booking details should correspond with their KrisFlyer membership details for the Bonus Miles to be successfully credited to their KrisFlyer membership account.

8. The Pelago Customer must be a valid KrisFlyer member at the time of booking, and must continue to maintain their membership at the time of completion of the booked experience. Non-KrisFlyer members can visit www.KrisFlyer.com to find out more about membership and how to enrol.

9. The Pelago Customer will not be allowed to transfer the Bonus Miles to another KrisFlyer account. Singapore Airlines shall automatically reverse any such transfer.

10. The Bonus Miles to be awarded under the Promotion is subject to the availability of Bonus Miles allocated for redemption. Pelago reserves the right to terminate the Promotion in the event Bonus Miles are no longer available for redemption.

11. Subject to the fulfilment of the above conditions, the Bonus Miles will be credited to the KrisFlyer membership account of the Pelago Customer within 7 days after completion of activity.

13. All bookings are subject to Pelago's Terms of Use, and all collection, use and disclosure of personal data submitted for purchases made during this Promotion will be in accordance with Pelago's Privacy Policy.

14. Pelago and Singapore Airlines reserve the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of this Promotion, and/or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at their sole and absolute discretion.

15. The terms and conditions of this Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
